Spencer H. Kim is Chairman and CEO of CBOL Corporation, a global manufacturing and distribution company for high-tech products, and Chairman of Celltron, Inc., a manufacturer of aerospace and industrial wiring harnesses. Kim also has led Pioneer Aluminum, Inc. as its Chairman.

In addition to his business interests, Mr. Kim is a founder of the Pacific Century Institute, a non-profit foundation dedicated to building bridges of understanding among the peoples of the Pacific Rim. A member of the Council on Foreign Relations, he also chaired the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Korea.

Mr. Kim is a board member of the United States Asia Pacific Council, the Korea Economic Institute, the Center for Asia-Pacific Policy at the RAND Corporation, the Pacific Basin Institute at Pomona College, and the International Student Conference.
